Assignments with Additional Program Responsibilities. Faculty with annual program responsibilities that warrant relief may request from their xxxx the additional support described in paragraph (i) above. Where there is a dispute between a faculty member and his/her unit administrator about the type and/or degree of support, that dispute will be submitted to a group consisting of two management representatives selected by the College and two faculty members selected by the Association. In the event the group is unable to resolve the dispute, then the final determination of the type and/or degree of support will be made by the College President.

  • Assignment of Responsibilities The parties understand that, while hourly rate may be used in statistical calculations or to report the fulfillment of duties to governing agencies, graduate assistants who are employed as research, teaching or instructional assistants (Class codes 9181, 9182, 9183, 9184, 9550) are salaried employees. Graduate assistants employed in Class code 9185 are appointed as non-exempt hourly employees and will need to complete a time sheet. Time clocks shall not be used to record work hours.
