Examples of Priority 1 in a sentence
Priority 1 (N) A ‘nominated’ Priority 1 call where a low/normal priority issue has been escalated by request by the Client.
Priority 1 A core Application Service Failure which has a major (but not critical) adverse impact on the activities of the Client’s End Users and no work around is available.
Less urgent 5 working days wishes and enhancements that are "nice to have" Urgent 5 working days service degraded; work-around available Very Urgent 1 working day service degraded; no work-around available Top Priority 1 working day service interrupted; needs to be addressed as soon as possible Table 1.
In those instances where: (i) ALERT cannot provide a Fix to a Priority 1 Error within a reasonable time span after a member of TSO has responded to the Customer, or (ii) Customer is not satisfied with the progress attained, ALERT will review the plan for addressing such Error with Customer.
