Safety Hazards. 35.1 The Supplier shall (or shall procure that the Nominated Suppliers and Permitted Subcontractor will) inform and keep the Purchaser informed of all safety hazards and changes in regulations and guidance (statutory or otherwise) which the Supplier (or the Nominated Suppliers or Permitted Subcontractor) knows or believes affect or may affect the use, handling, storage, labelling, transport, treatment and disposal of Product or any Materials.
