Presence definition

Presence when used in connection with any Environmental Discharge or Hazardous Materials, means and includes presence, generation, manufacture, installation, treatment, use, storage, handling, repair, encapsulation, disposal, transportation, spill, discharge and release.
Presence means the presence of the Beneficiary in his or her capacity of employee and/or corporate officer of the Company or of any of the companies of the Group.
Presence means, when used in connection with Hazardous Materials, treatment, use, storage, handling, repair, encapsulation, disposal, transportation, spill, discharge and release.
