Services, LLC, Grizzly Bear Communications, LLC, Indian Hills Wireless Communications, LLC and AWZ Cellular Corporation.
Predecessor Companies means HealthSpace Integrated Solutions Ltd. and Joule Microsystems Canada Inc., which amalgamated to form Predecessor HealthSpace.
