Predecessor Plans definition

Predecessor Plans means the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2010 Incentive Compensation Plan and the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2001 Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended.

Predecessor Plans means (a) the 1988 Heska Corporation Stock Plan and (b) the Heska Corporation 1994 Key Executive Stock Plan.

Examples of Predecessor Plans in a sentence

• No grants will be made on or after the Effective Date under the Predecessor Plans, provided that outstanding awards granted under the Predecessor Plans will continue unaffected following the Effective Date.

• For clarification purposes, the terms and conditions of this Plan shall not apply to or otherwise impact previously granted and outstanding awards under the Predecessor Plans, as applicable.

• The Plan shall serve as the successor to the Predecessor Plans, and no further stock option grants or unvested share awards shall be made under the Predecessor Plans on or after the Plan Effective Date.

• However, all option grants and unvested share awards outstanding under the Predecessor Plans on the Plan Effective Date shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with their terms, and no provision of this Plan shall be deemed to affect or otherwise modify the rights or obligations of the holders of those awards with respect to their acquisition of shares of Common Stock thereunder.

• The Common Stock issuable under the Plan shall be Class A Common Stock, except to the extent such stock is to be issued upon the exercise of outstanding options incorporated from the Predecessor Plans.

More Definitions of Predecessor Plans

Predecessor Plans means the CUPE Hospitals Plan, the Part-Time Plan and the Pension Plan for Employees of New Brunswick Hospitals, as applicable.
