Practice Revenues means gross collections of all revenues generated by or on behalf of the PC (whether through subsidiaries or affiliates from its operations and business at the Orthodontic Offices), including, but not limited to, all fees and charges collected as a result of professional orthodontic services furnished to patients by the PC at the Orthodontic Offices and for any other goods or services sold or provided to such patients.
