Plaintiff Class definition

Plaintiff Class means all children in the custody of DCFS who are now or in the future will be placed by DCFS in three or more placements and those children in the custody of DCFS who are at risk of three or more placements.
Plaintiff Class means all youth with mental health, behavioral, learning, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and/or Individuals with Disabilities Education Act who are currently detained, or who will be detained during the Monitoring Term (defined in Section 6.1.1, below), at the Xxxx County Juvenile Facilities (Juvenile Hall, Crossroads, and Camp Xxxxx Xxxx)
Plaintiff Class or “Class Member(s)” means the Named Plaintiffs and all plaintiff class members in this Action, defined in the Complaint as children who are or will be in Defendants’ xxxxxx care custody and who are or will be prescribed one or more Psychotropic Medication while in state care, authorized by the terms of this Agreement and to be approved by the Court through certification under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rules 23(a) and (b)(2).

  • This Agreement does not preclude any individual Plaintiff Class member from bringing an individual action for money damages, nor does it preclude any individual Plaintiff Class member from asserting claims alleging a claim for a particularized injury arising from their individual circumstances and seeking individual, as opposed to systemic relief.

Plaintiff Class or “Plaintiff Classes” refer to the California Class and the FLSA
Plaintiff Class means all persons who purchased or renewed and continue to hold Aequitas Investments, and made such purchases or renewals while clients of Strategic Capital Group, LLC or Private Advisory Group LLC, RP Capital, LLC and/or upon the advice or recommendation of SCG, PAG or RP Capital, and all persons who purchased or renewed and continue to hold Aequitas promissory notes and funds while they were clients of Strategic Capital Group, LLC or Private Advisory Group LLC and upon the advice or recommendation of SCG or PAG or their investment advisor representatives.
