Class Counsel definition

Class Counsel means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx LLP, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx of Hausfeld LLP.
