Period of the Contract definition

Period of the Contract means the dates specified in this Contract during which the Service is to be provided (see 2.2 below).
Period of the Contract means the period extending from the date that the Contractor and the Company both sign the Contract to the expiration of the concurrent Guarantee Period and Period of Beneficial Use of the final Supplies and Services delivered to the Company under the Contract. The expiration of the Contract will occur at the conclusion of the period of Beneficial Use and the Final Acceptance by the Company;

Examples of Period of the Contract in a sentence

  • If any required payment is not received by the Premium due date of the Contract Month, then You will be terminated at the end of the Grace Period of the Contract Month.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of services rendered to You during the Grace Period of the Contract Month in the event that Premium payments are not made by Group.

  • For any period of less than one calendar month during the Operating Period of the Contract, the monthly MAG payment shall be pro-rated.

  • The FF for the Base Period of the Contract (and option periods to the extent exercised) shall be paid monthly at the rate of one-twelfth (1/12) of the annual FF per month.

  • During the Operating Period of the Contract, the Contractor shall make a good faith effort to achieve a thirty-five percent (35%) ACDBE participation goal calculated as a percentage of projected total Gross Receipts from food service and a twenty-five percent (25%) ACDBE participation goal calculated as a percentage of projected total Gross Receipts from retail concessions leased by the Contractor under this Contract.

  • Financial information, excluding Gross Receipts data which provide aggregate totals of rental transactions and rental transaction days as submitted by the Contractor to the Authority in the Contractor's Itemized Certified Statement, as referenced in Section 5.01(a)(3) herein, during the Operating Period of the Contract, shall be considered proprietary and confidential and shall not be publicly disclosed or released to other persons outside the Authority.

  • Percentage of Gross Receipts Fee equals 10% of the Contractor’s Gross Receipts generated each Contract Year during the Operating Period of the Contract.

  • The Operating Period of the Contract shall commence on , and continue through , subject to such earlier termination as provided for herein.

  • Buy-back option for Category 1 Assets At any time during the Implementation Period of the Contract, the Parties may enter into discussions for the purposes of agreeing to the purchase by UNOPS of any Category 1 assets leased to the project (“buy-back”).

Related to Period of the Contract

  • Period of Takaful means the period of Takaful shown in the Schedule.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Period of Insurance means the period commencing from the retroactive date and terminating on the expiry date as shown in the Policy Schedule.

  • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Sub-contracting means the primary contractor’s assigning or leasing or making out work to, or employing another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract.

  • Period of Coverage means the Plan Year, with the following exceptions: (a) for Employees who first become eligible to participate, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year following the date on which participation commences, as described in Section 3.1; and (b) for Employees who terminate participation, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year prior to the date on which participation terminates, as described in Section 3.2.

  • Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.

  • Period of Severance means a continuous period of time during which an Employee is not employed by the Employer. Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Continuous period of creditable coverage means the period during which an individual was covered by creditable coverage, if during the period of the coverage the individual had no breaks in coverage greater than sixty-three (63) days.

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
