Contract Year definition

Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
Contract Year means, with respect to the initial Contract Year, the period beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and ending at 12.00 midnight on 31st March of that Fiscal Year. Each successive Contract Year shall coincide with the succeeding Fiscal Year, i.e., a period of twelve months commencing on April 1 and ending on following March 31, except that the final Contract Year shall end on the date of expiry of the Term or on Termination of this Agreement whichever is earlier.

  • We will provide you a report at least once during each Contract Year.

  • In the event that, at the end of any such Contract Year, the Annual Storage Availability is less than the Guaranteed Storage Availability, Seller shall pay to Buyer the Storage Availability Liquidated Damages, as calculated pursuant to Schedule 6.3.

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that the amount of the Annual Guaranteed Energy Quantity, Minimum Two Consecutive Contract Year Energy Quantity and Minimum Three Contract Year Energy Quantity shall not act as a cap on or otherwise affect Seller’s estimation of the amount of forecasted Delivered Energy at any time.

Such Storage Efficiency Liquidated Damages shall be Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure of the Storage Facility to meet the Guaranteed Storage Efficiency.

  • If the amount paid to the Contractor, as determined by the calculation described in Section 4.5.D.1.a , is less than the Contractor’s adjusted expenditures, as determined by the calculation described in Section 4.5.D.1.b, then the Contractor shall be considered to have experienced a loss with respect to CBHI Services for the Contract Year.


More Definitions of Contract Year

Contract Year means any twelve month period following (i) the effective date of this PMC BPO Cloud Agreement, or an Order Form, whatever relates to, in case of the first Contract Year or (ii) any anniversary of such effective date in case of any subsequent Contract Year.
