Period I definition

Period I means the most recent twelve consecutive months, or the most recent calendar year, for which actual data are available, the last day of which is no more than fifteen months before the date of tender for filing under § 35.1 of the notice of rate change;
Period I means the period from the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date to and including June 30, 2017.
Period I means the continuous period starting. from date of Financial Close Until the last day of March of that Financial Year.

  • Period 2 Two hundred eleven (211) days to one year after the Effective Date.

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.

  • Payout Period means the time frame during which certain benefits payable hereunder shall be distributed. Payments shall be made in monthly installments commencing on the first day of the month following the occurrence of the event which triggers distribution and continuing for a period of one hundred eighty (180) months. Should the Executive make a Timely Election to receive a lump sum benefit payment, the Executive's Payout Period shall be deemed to be one (1) month.

  • Non-Payment Period Rate means, initially, 200% of the applicable Reference Rate (or 275% of such rate if the Corporation has provided notification to the Auction Agent prior to the Auction establishing the Applicable Rate for any dividend pursuant to paragraph 2(f) hereof that net capital gains or other taxable income will be included in such dividend on shares of AMPS), provided that the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall have the authority to adjust, modify, alter or change from time to time the initial Non-Payment Period Rate if the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines and Moody's and S&P (and any Substitute Rating Agency in lieu of Moody's or S&P in the event either of such parties shall not rate the AMPS) advise the Corporation in writing that such adjustment, modification, alteration or change will not adversely affect their then-current ratings on the AMPS.

  • Year 3 means the tax year preceding the current tax year.

  • Run-Out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Bonus Period means the period for which a Bonus is payable. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, the Bonus Period shall be the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;

  • Year 2 means the year after year 1; year 3 means the year after year 2, year 4 means the year after year 3, and so on; and
