Participant definition

Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

Participant means, with respect to the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, a Person who has an account with the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, respectively (and, with respect to DTC, shall include Euroclear and Clearstream).

Participant has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(c).

Examples of Participant in a sentence

• As to Confidential Information that was provided electronically and resides on Participant’s electronic information storage system, it shall be sufficient for Participant to delete all normally accessible copies of Information from its system.
