Outside Closing Date definition

Outside Closing Date means the date which is 365 days after the earlier of the Firm Closing Date; or Second Tentative Closing Date; or such other date as may be mutually agreed upon in accordance with section 4. “Property” or “home” means the home including lands being acquired by the Purchaser from the Vendor. “Purchaser’s Termination Period” means the 30-day period during which the Purchaser may terminate the Purchase Agreement for delay, in accordance with paragraph 10(b).
Outside Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).
Outside Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Provided all conditions set forth in Article 4 have been either satisfied or waived, the Closing shall occur on the date which is 30 days (or sooner upon the agreement of the parties or as reasonably required to complete the Closing before the Outside Closing Date) after the expiration of the Entitlement Period (the “Closing Date”), as such date may be extended by the provisions of Article 10 (but not beyond the Outside Closing Date).
