Amendment Closing Date definition

Amendment Closing Date means the first date that all the conditions precedent set forth in this Amendment are satisfied or waived in accordance herewith.

Amendment Closing Date means October 20, 2006.

Amendment Closing Date means the effective date of Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement by and among the Company, the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
