Examples of OCII Representative in a sentence

  • Counsel acknowledges that it has no authority to waive the attorney-client privilege on behalf of the OCII and agrees to conduct its activities relating to this matter in such a manner as to maintain the confidentiality of communication between Counsel and the OCII (including the OCII Representative and any OCII official or employee).

  • Prior to the sale of the Bonds, Counsel shall submit an invoice to the OCII Representative identifying in reasonable detail the work performed and the corresponding amount of time spent by each individual, with the hourly billing rates, together with such additional supporting information as the OCII Representative may reasonably require.

  • OCII Representative shall review and approve invoices forthwith to permit payment at closing.

  • Prior to the Closing, Counsel shall provide the OCII Representative with an invoice for the services provided and costs advanced to the OCII, pursuant to this Contract a copy of which shall also be included in the bond transcript.

  • Except to the extent, if any, specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the OCII Representative, Counsel shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the OCII in any manner whatsoever.

  • As a condition to payment of any Compensation, Counsel must furnish an invoice prior to the Bond closing in a form reasonably acceptable to the OCII Representative.

  • Counsel shall provide the OCII Representative with invoices for the services provided and costs advanced to the OCII, pursuant to this Contract.

  • Periodically provide the OCII Representative invoices for Disclosure Counsel services provided and costs advanced to the OCII, in accordance with the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and Article 5 of this Contract.

  • OCII Representative shall review and approve invoices forthwith to permit payment.

  • Counsel also agrees to provide the Services required hereunder, in an efficient and professional manner, to the reasonable satisfaction of the OCII Representative identified in the Contract Summary.

Related to OCII Representative

  • Independent representative means a person who:

  • public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;

  • Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Holder Representative has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Factory representative means an agent or employee of a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch retained or employed for the purpose of making or promoting the sale of new motor vehicles or for supervising or contracting with new motor vehicle dealers or proposed motor vehicle dealers.

  • Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.

  • Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Tax Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.

  • Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.

  • Holders’ Representative means the Holders’ Representative named in the first paragraph of this Agreement or any direct or indirect successor Holders’ Representative designated in accordance with Section 6.3.

  • Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).

  • Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;

  • Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
