Company Representative definition

Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

Company Representative has the meaning assigned to the term “partnership representative” in Section 6223 of the Code and any Treasury Regulations or other administrative or judicial pronouncements promulgated thereunder.

Company Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Issuer and the Trustee containing the signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Company by its President or any Vice President. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
