Notice of Drawdown definition

Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).

• If the Bank’s Available Commitment is reduced in accordance with the terms hereof after the Agent has received the Notice of Drawdown for an Advance and such reduction was not taken into account in the Available Facility, then the amount of such Advance shall be reduced accordingly.
