Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

The Agent shall, upon fulfilment by the Borrower of the terms and conditions set forth in Article 12, make such funds available to the Borrower on the date of the extension of credit by crediting the appropriate Designated Account in immediately available funds unless otherwise irrevocably authorized and directed in the Drawdown Notice.
