Monthly Revenue definition

Monthly Revenue means, with respect to each calendar month, the gross revenue of the Issuer calculated on a cash basis during such calendar month, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any taxes, tips (as applicable) or any revenue attributable to rebates, discounts or refunds received in cash by the Issuer with respect to any prior expenses incurred by the Issuer.

  • Every Month during the Term of the Contract Shipper shall pay to Carrier on the Payment Due Date, in a manner and in an amount consistent with ARTICLE 6 of the Agreement, the Fixed Tolls and associated Monthly Revenue Commitment, the Variable Tolls and all other charges and adjustments set forth in this Appendix B and in the Tariff.

  • Shipper’s Monthly Revenue Commitment for any Month shall be the product obtained by multiplying the applicable Fixed Toll times the Monthly Volume, subject to any MRC Adjustment described in Part E below.

More Definitions of Monthly Revenue

Monthly Revenue when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean Revenue as calculated at the end of each calendar month for determination of Business Intermediary’s Commission, which is typically paid shortly after the end of each calendar month;
Monthly Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a)(iv). "Overpayment" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(d).
Monthly Revenue means an amount equal to (x) total recurring monthly Data Service revenues (excluding non-recurring revenues, which would include, but not be limited to, installation fees) for the Florida System for the calendar month ending on the Florida Measurement Date, plus (y) the total recurring monthly cable television service revenues (i.e., Basic Cable Service and Expanded Basic Cable Service, but excluding non-recurring revenues, which would include, but not be limited to, installation fees) for the Florida System for the calendar month ending on the Florida Measurement Date, minus (z) the retention adjustments for the corresponding period (calculated in a manner consistent with Exhibit K, which sets forth the Monthly Revenue and related adjustments for 2003); provided, however, that no revenue shall be included with respect to any customer in a multi-dwelling unit or commercial establishment that obtains service on a “bulk-rate” basis if the contracting party to the Bulk Agreement relating to such multi-dwelling unit or commercial establishment notifies Buyer or Seller in writing (including by fax or email) that it does not intend to accept the assignment of such Bulk Agreement to Buyer.
Monthly Revenue means the monthly average of the total revenues, as defined under generally accepted accounting principles, derived from the operation of the CATV Systems, excluding all revenues from the Prime Star and DMX commercial accounts of Seller, during the Revenue Determination Period.
Monthly Revenue means, with respect to any Contract on any date of determination thereof, the monthly revenue payable with respect to such Contract. Notwithstanding the above, the Monthly Revenue for any Contract that is a Defaulted Contract or a Delinquent Contract shall be 0 until the Obligor thereunder shall have made payments with respect to three months in compliance with the related Contract.
Monthly Revenue means, as of any Determination Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) all Fees payable during such calendar month with respect to the IP Address Assets and (ii) all other monthly recurring revenue due and payable as of such day (or that became due and payable during such calendar month, adjusted to reflect the full month of recurring revenue) by any Customer with respect to the IP Address Assets. Monthly Revenue does not include amounts payable by a Customer in respect of sales taxes, value added taxes, goods and services taxes or similar taxes.
Monthly Revenue means, with respect to any Contract for any month, all recurring charges payable on a monthly basis (plus all activation fees billed in such month) under and with respect to such Contract; PROVIDED, that any recurring charge with respect to any Contract that is payable less frequently than on a monthly basis shall, for purposes of this definition, be prorated equally over the period for which the same is payable.
