Charges Payable. In consideration for the Services and the Intellectual Property Rights transferred and/or licensed to Ferring under this Agreement, Ferring shall pay DONCASTER LPC the Project Charges set out in Schedule 3, subject to receipt by Ferring of DONCASTER LPC’s valid invoice.
Charges Payable. On the termination of this Agreement or Schedule for any reason, all payments required to be made to Bell by the Customer thereunder, shall be due and payable immediately. Termination of this Agreement or a Schedule shall not relieve the Customer from any liability which accrued before the termination became effective. Customer will not be required to pay the applicable Termination Fees if Customer terminates this Agreement or a Schedule pursuant to Section 4(c).
Charges Payable. 5. (a) The Tenant covenants to pay to the Landlord the Tenant’s Proportionate Share of the amount of the Operating Costs in each Fiscal Period (Landlord shall maintain its books and records regarding Operating Costs calculated according to GAAP);

Charges for additional Service Subscriptions or seats purchased by you and activated during any Service Subscription Term may be pro-rated to allow Xxxxxxx to xxxx for all of your Service Subscriptions on the same date. If Xxxxxxx authorizes you to pay the fees via credit card, you authorize Xxxxxxx to charge the credit card in accordance with your Subscription Plan, and you must maintain current credit card information with Xxxxxxx at all times. If your payment is 30 days or more overdue, in addition to any of its other rights or remedies, Xxxxxxx reserves the right to suspend your access to the Software service.

On the termination of this Agreement or a Service Schedule for any reason, all payments required to be made to Hypertec by the Customer under the Agreement or that Service Schedule, as applicable, shall be due and payable immediately, and Hypertec may apply any prepaid amounts by Customer towards any other amount payable by Customer. Termination of a Service Schedule or this Agreement shall not relieve the Customer from any liability, including amounts owing, which accrued before the termination became effective. Customer will not be required to pay Termination Charges if Customer terminates this Agreement or a Service Schedule in accordance with Section 4.2.
Charges Payable. Both parties hereby acknowledge that they have the legal capacity to execute this Agreement in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
Charges Payable. The owner will charge the amounts set out in the contract to the hirer's account during or after the term of hire is completed, or the hirer may pay such charges as agreed with the owner, such choice to be at the owner's sole discretion. If the hirer fails to pay any money due under or in connection with the Rental Agreement within 14 days of the date by which the hirer was required to pay the money, the owner may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the owner may have or be entitled to, charge the hirer and the hirer must pay all additional costs as outlined below:
