Minimum Term definition

Minimum Term means each minimum initial and subsequent period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, the initial period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed or if not stated on the Service Agreement or order schedules, the Minimum Term will be 12 months or such other period as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.
Minimum Term means, in respect of this XXXX, the period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date;

Examples of Minimum Term in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no amount shall be payable pursuant to this condition 14.4 where the Contract is terminated before the end of the Minimum Term due to any breach of contract by Digital Origin.

More Definitions of Minimum Term

Minimum Term means the initial period of this Agreement as specified in the Commercial Schedule and if not specified shall be the period from the Commencement Date until the expiry of the last Minimum Period;
