Member of the Class definition

Member of the Class means a Person who falls within the definition of the Class as set forth in ¶1.3 above.

Examples of Member of the Class in a sentence

  • Any Member of the Class of the ICAV in question present in person or by proxy at a general meeting of a Class of the ICAV may demand a poll.

More Definitions of Member of the Class

Member of the Class means a person or entity who falls within the definition of the Class as set forth in the preceding paragraph, who does not timely and validly request exclusion from the Class.
