Manufacturer Consent definition

Manufacturer Consent means the written consent of each Manufacturer counterparty under each agreement with a Manufacturer listed in Section 2.05 of the Disclosure Schedules to the completion of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement which are required pursuant to the applicable Franchise Agreement.
Manufacturer Consent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.
Manufacturer Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 18.1.2.

Manufacturer Consent means the consent of the Manufacturer to the grant of a security interest pursuant to the Trust Indenture in the Aircraft Warranties.
