Mandated Lead Arrangers means Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Axis Bank Limited, Bank of Baroda, Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and/or its Affiliates, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, State Bank of India and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., in their capacities as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners under this Agreement.
Mandated Lead Arrangers means, collectively, each of Regions Capital Markets, a Division of Regions Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, CoBank, ACB and The Bank of Nova Scotia, each in its capacity as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner.
