Co-Arrangers definition

Co-Arrangers has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Co-Arrangers shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Co-Arrangers means Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxxx Sachs Bank USA, RBS Securities Inc. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC (or, in each case, their respective successors), in their collective capacity as “Co-Arrangers”.
