• Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Bookrunners, Syndication Agents, Documentation Agents, Senior Managing Agents or the Sustainability Structuring Agent listed on the cover page hereof, in each case in their capacities as such, shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.

• Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Bookrunners, Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents in deciding to enter into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in taking or not taking any action hereunder or thereunder.
