Principal representative means a senior official of the United States Government serving in a foreign country who has been designated by the Secretary of State as occupying a position of such importance that the Government should defray the unusual expenses incident to the operation and maintenance of his/her official residence.
Collateral Representative (i) in respect of the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, the ABL Collateral Representative (as defined therein) and the Term Loan Collateral Representative (as defined therein), (ii) if any Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Senior Priority Representative (as defined therein) and (iii) if any Other Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Person acting as representative for the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties thereunder for the applicable purpose contemplated by this Agreement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.

Representative means, with respect to any Person, any and all directors, officers, employees, consultants, financial advisors, counsel, accountants and other agents of such Person.
legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
Representative payee means an individual, agency, or institution selected by a court or the Social Security Administration to receive and manage benefits on behalf of another person.
Tax Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.
Estate Representative means an executor, an administrator, an administrator with the will annexed, a liquidator, or an estate trustee with a will or without a will, whether one or more than one is so appointed;
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Additional Agent as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.

Authorised Representatives the persons respectively designated as such by the Authority and the Supplier, the first such persons being set out in Schedule 4. Bribery Act: the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation. Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.
Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

Guardian in respect of a Minor shall mean the person(s) appointed as the guardian(s) under or acting by virtue of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13. of the Laws of Hong Kong).
