Inlet Point definition

Inlet Point means an inlet point on the DBNGP and, where the context requires, means a flange, joint or other point specified in clause 3.3(a) at which the Shipper has Contracted Capacity from time to time.
Inlet Point means a flange or joint or other point specified in a gas transportation contract as the point at which the shipper delivers gas to DBP under the contract. Table 1 defines each of the inlet points in the DBNGP system.
Inlet Point means the point mutually agreed to between the KMC and the Concessionaire at the Facilities where: (a) the Sewage sample shall be drawn to test compliance with the Influent Standards; and (b) meters shall be installed for the purpose of determining the volume and concentration of the Sewage delivered at the Schedule Facilities. Intellectual Property Rights means patents, copyrights, database rights, design rights, trade-marks, service marks, trade names, domain names, rights in reputation, rights in undisclosed or confidential information (such as know-how, trade secrets and inventions, whether patentable or not), and other rights of a like nature (whether registered or unregistered) and all applications for such rights as may exist anywhere in the world. Interim Availability means, in relation to the STPs or pumping stations at any or all the locations as applicable, the availability of such STP to accept and/or treat the Sewage during the Construction Period, as determined in accordance with Article 8.12(a)(vi).

Examples of Inlet Point in a sentence

  • The Shipper may, by notice in writing to the Operator, request a relocation of all or any part of its Contracted Capacity from an Existing Inlet Point to a New Inlet Point or from an Existing Outlet Point to a New Outlet Point (Requested Relocation).

  • If the Operator gives notice that the Requested Relocation is not an Authorised Relocation under clause 14.3(a), the Operator and the Shipper (acting reasonably) may agree (on any fair and reasonable terms and conditions, including terms and conditions as to price) the operational restrictions which will apply to the use by the Shipper of the New Inlet Point or New Outlet Point which will enable the Parties to implement the Requested Relocation of Contracted Capacity.

  • On each Gas Day, the Shipper must endeavour to maintain an Accumulated Imbalance of zero, including restricting the quantity of Gas it Delivers to the Operator at an Inlet Point, and restricting the quantity of Gas it Receives from the Operator at an Outlet Point.

  • The Operator will have the right to commingle the Gas Delivered by the Shipper at an Inlet Point with other Gas in the DBNGP during transportation and is entitled to Deliver different molecules to the Shipper at the Outlet Points from those received at the Inlet Points.

  • Inlet Point Operating Specifications means the Operating Specifications specified in Item 1 of Schedule 3.

Intellectual Property Rights means patents, copyrights, database rights, design rights, trade-marks, service marks, trade names, domain names, rights in reputation, rights in undisclosed or confidential information (such as know-how, trade secrets and inventions, whether patentable or not), and other rights of a like nature (whether registered or unregistered) and all applications for such rights as may exist anywhere in the world.

Inlet Point. The point designated as the “Inlet Point” on Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and made part hereof. M&R Station: A natural gas metering and regulator station comprised of a building, meters, regulators, flow and pressure controls, equipment, and associated valves and piping, having the dimensions and characteristics shown or described in Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made part hereof, situated Upstream of the Demarcation Point, and which shall house those Operator Facilities shown or described in Exhibit “A.” Operator Delegated Responsibilities: Those responsibilities or obligations of Producer which are delegated to Operator as shown in “Exhibit C,” attached hereto and made part hereof. Out-of-Pocket Costs: Reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by a party in performing an activity or service authorized under this Agreement, including any associated overhead costs (or allocations thereof), reimbursable employee charges (such as lodging, mileage, and meals, etc.), and administrative expenses. Qualified Issuer: is a rated United States financial institution or a rated domestic branch of a foreign institution, with a rating of at least A- by Standards and Poor (S&P) or A3 by Xxxxx’x; if split rated the lower shall apply. Qualified Guarantor: is a Parent of the party whose obligations are guaranteed with a long term unsecured credit rating of BBB- or better from S&P or Baa3 or better from Xxxxx’x; if split rated the lower shall apply.
