Trade Names. No party shall use any other party's names, logos, trademarks or service marks, whether registered or unregistered, without the prior written consent of such other party, or after written consent therefor has been revoked. The Company shall not use in advertising, publicity or otherwise the name of the Trust, Distributor, or any of their affiliates nor any trade name, trademark, trade device, service xxxx, symbol or any abbreviation, contraction or simulation thereof of the Trust, Distributor, or their affiliates without the prior written consent of the Trust or the Distributor in each instance.

Trade Names. Borrower conducts its business solely under the name set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement and makes use of no trade names in connection therewith, unless such trade names have been previously disclosed to Lender in writing.

Trade Names. The Originator does not use any trade name other than its actual corporate name and the trade names set forth in Schedule 5.15. From and after the date that fell five (5) years before the date hereof, except as set forth in Schedule 5.15, the Originator has not been known by any legal name other than its corporate name as of the date hereof, nor has the Originator been the subject of any merger or other corporate reorganization.

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company or its successor (to the extent and as soon as it lawfully can) will cease the use of the Xxxx.
Trade Names. Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries will give ----------- Agent at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of any change of name or of any new trade name or fictitious business name. Borrower's use of any trade name or fictitious business name will be in compliance with all laws regarding the use of such names.
