Common use of Trade Names Clause in Contracts

Trade Names. All trade names under which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries will sell Inventory or create Accounts, or to which instruments in payment of Accounts may be made payable, are listed on Schedule 6.13, as updated by Borrower pursuant to Section 5.2(l).
