Lessee shall provide Lessor with not less than ninety (90) days prior written notice of its intention to return the Equipment upon expiration of the Initial Lease Term.
Should Lessor permit use by Lessee of any Equipment beyond the Initial Lease Term, or, if applicable, any exercised extension or renewal term, the lease obligations of Lessee shall continue and such permissive use shall not be construed as a renewal of the term thereof, or as a waiver of any right or continuation of any obligation of Lessor hereunder, and Lessor may take possession of any such Equipment at any time upon demand.
The term of this Agreement, as to each Lease Site, shall commence on the Effective Date with respect to the Initial Lease Sites and on the Subsequent Closing Date with respect to all other Lease Sites, and in each case shall expire on the applicable Site Expiration Date, subject to the termination provisions of Section 29, Section 35 and Section 36 and the other provisions of this Agreement.
