New Lease definition

New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

Examples of New Lease in a sentence

  • If more than one Leasehold Mortgagee shall make a written request upon Lessor for a New Lease in accordance with the provisions of Section 17.7, then such New Lease shall be entered into pursuant to the request of the Leasehold Mortgagee holding the Leasehold Mortgage that has the most senior lien priority.

More Definitions of New Lease

New Lease. As defined in Section 17.1(f).
