Gross Annual Household Income definition

Gross Annual Household Income means the gross, pre-tax income of all adult occupants of the applicant household, and as may be further defined in the BMR Home Ownership Program Guidelines.
Gross Annual Household Income means the total before tax income of all adults (19 years and older) living in the Affordable Rental Housing unit.
Gross Annual Household Income means the combined adjusted gross (pre-tax) income of all adult persons in a household as calculated pursuant to the Section 8 Program under the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, or its successor.
