Grievance definition

Grievance means a dispute arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.
Grievance means an allegation by a bargaining unit employee that there has been a breach, misinterpretation, or improper application of this Agreement.

Grievance means a complaint or claim concerning improper discipline or discharge, or a dispute with reference to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of this Agreement.
