Grantee definition

Grantee means the Party receiving funds under this Contract. May also be referred to as "Contractor" in certain attachments.
Grantee means an Employee, Director or Consultant who receives an Award under the Plan.

  • If the Grantee is a nonprofit organization, the Grantee agrees to maintain its 501(c)(3) status and to maintain up-to-date annual filings as follows: (1) Certificate of Legal Existence with the Connecticut Secretary of the State; (2) Charitable Organization Registration with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, unless exempted by Connecticut General Statutes § 21a-190d; and (3) Return of Organization Exempt Form Income Tax (Form 990) with the Internal Revenue Service.
