Full Release definition

Full Release means a written release, timely executed so that it is fully effective as of the date of payment pursuant to Section 3(b)(ii), in a form satisfactory to the Company (and similar to the Agreement set forth in Exhibit A), pursuant to which the Executive fully and completely releases the Company from all claims that the Executive may have against the Company (other than any claims that may arise or have arisen under this Agreement).
Full Release means a written release, timely executed so that it is fully effective no later than 60 days following the Executive’s Termination Date, in a form satisfactory to the Company and counsel pursuant to which the Executive fully and completely releases the Company from any and all claims that the Executive may have against the Company or its affiliates (other than any claims that may or have arisen under this Agreement).
Full Release means a written release, in a form satisfactory to the Company (and similar to the Agreement set forth in Exhibit A (with such changes as may be reasonably required to such form to help ensure its enforceability in light of any changes in applicable law) pursuant to which the Executive fully and completely releases the Company from all claims that the Executive may have against the Company (other than any claims that may or have arisen under this Agreement). The Executive’s Full Release must become effective in accordance with its terms prior to the date that is thirty (30) days following the Termination Date (including the expiration of any revocation period thereunder without the Executive’s revocation of the Full Release).

More Definitions of Full Release

Full Release means a letter from the Security Trustee to a Guarantor in the form, or substantially in the form, of part 2 of schedule 6.
Full Release means the written Release of All Claims and Potential Claims set forth in Appendix D of the Plan. The Company must have obtained a Full Release, timely executed so that it is fully effective as of the date of payment pursuant to the relevant Plan Appendix, as a condition to payment of benefits under the Plan.

Full Release means a general waiver and release of claims against the Company (which shall except out rights of indemnification, rights to directors and officers liability insurance coverage, and any amounts that may be due under this Agreement).
Full Release means (x) the Wacker Landlord has terminated txx Xxxker Lease in writing, (y) Citaxxx xxs been released in writing from its rental obligation under the Wacker Lease and (z) the Senior Axxxx xnd the Mezzanine Agent have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to each of them that no further Wacker Reimbursement Obligations xxxx exist after the date of the termination of the Wacker Lease.
Full Release means a release of the Licensed Program or part thereof issued to reflect changes in relevant taxation or other United Kingdom legislation, and/or otherwise incorporating changes to or enhancements of functionality and/or changes previously issued in a Service Pack or Service Release; such releases being denoted by a change in any of the first three digits of the version number of the Licensed Program. "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright, rights in trade marks (whether or not registered), rights in confidential know-how and any other intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of the Licensed Materials.
