Deed of Release definition

Deed of Release has the meaning set out in the Restructuring Implementation Deed;
Deed of Release means a deed releasing the Existing Security in form acceptable to the Facility Agent.
Deed of Release means the Deed of Release dated on or around 12 October 2016 and made between, amongst others, the EMEA Debtors (as defined therein and including the Company), the Administrators and NNSA;

More Definitions of Deed of Release

Deed of Release means the deed of release in the form set out in Schedule 3;
Deed of Release means the deed referred to in Clause 12.1 (Changes to the Consortium) and substantially in the form set out in Schedule 12 (Deed of Release) as may be amended or supplemented by Homes England from time to time and which shall be issued by Homes England to the proposed Outgoing Consortium Member for execution;
