Extraordinary Meeting definition

Extraordinary Meeting a meeting, attended in person or over a conference call, held by the Parties in an attempt to resolve the Dispute in good faith in accordance with paragraphs 2.5 and 2.6 of this Call Off Schedule 11;
Extraordinary Meeting means a meeting of a subcommittee established by the Board; an intergovernmental meeting; an SCRD Strategic Planning meeting; or a special meeting that has been deemed as such by Board resolution.
Extraordinary Meeting means a meeting convened at any time for special business of the Board;

  • The representatives of the Parties attending the Extraordinary Meeting shall use their best endeavours to resolve the Dispute.
