Environmental Site Assessment definition

Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.
Environmental Site Assessment means an investigation in relation to land to determine the environmental condition of the land, and includes a phase one environmental site assessment or phase two environmental site assessment, both within the meaning of Part XV.1 of the Environmental Protection Act; (“évaluation environnementale de site”)
Environmental Site Assessment. Means, in respect of any Mortgaged Property, a “Phase I assessment” or “Phase II assessment” conducted in accordance with ASTM Standard E 1527-97 or any successor thereto published by the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard.

Examples of Environmental Site Assessment in a sentence

  • For project sites for which the Developer has no reason to believe any environmental remediation or mitigation is required without undertaking a site investigation, such as but not limited to any greenfield or undeveloped land, the Developer shall provide an estimate of the cost to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a per mile basis.

  • The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the City has not conducted or caused to be conducted an Environmental Site Assessment on the Lands.

More Definitions of Environmental Site Assessment

Environmental Site Assessment shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit VI.
Environmental Site Assessment means, with respect to an Individual Property, an assessment by an environmental consultant approved by Lender to determine the presence of hazardous material and/or wastes. Any Environmental Site Assessment shall comply with the Environmental Site Assessment Scope of Work Guidelines previously delivered by Lender to Borrowers, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented by Lender from time to time.

Environmental Site Assessment means a “Phase 1 Site Assessment” in respect of the Mortgaged Property, performed by an Environmental Auditor in accordance with ASTM Standard 1527-97 as modified by additional requirements of the Agent, if any, and any “Phase 2” environmental site assessment required by the Agent to be undertaken by the Borrower.
