Environmental definition

Environmental requirements means requirements imposed by applicable Federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including, without limitation, statutes, ordinances, regulations, court orders, consent decrees, administrative orders, or compliance agreements including the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order, consent orders, permits, and licenses; and
Environmental shall have the meanings set forth in 42 U.S.C. 9601(8) (1988).
Environmental means pertaining or relating to the Environment.

  • If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • The Contractor is fully responsible for the proper recycling or disposal of these items in accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection requirements and guidelines.

Environmental shall have the meanings set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 9601(8), as amended.
Environmental means all air, surface water, groundwater, or land, including land surface or subsurface, including all fish, wildlife, biota and all other natural resources.
