Energy Charges definition

Energy Charges means the charges payable by the Customer for the Use of Electricity based on the applicable Energy Rate;

Energy Charges refers to the aggregate of (i) the Energy Rate,

Energy Charges means the amount(s) payable for the supply of Energy comprising the Prices multiplied by the number of Units consumed plus Pass Through Charges;

Examples of Energy Charges in a sentence

• Seller shall render to Buyer (by regular mail, facsimile or other acceptable means pursuant to Article 14) for each calendar month during the Delivery Term a statement setting forth the total Energy Charges for the month and any other charges due Seller, including, without limitation, any payment due pursuant to Article 4 during the preceding month.

• Energy Charges The charge for the total kilowatt-hours taken up to a quantity equal to 450 times the Firm Contract Demand is included in the Minimum Charge specified above.

• Energy Charges The charge for the total kilowatt-hours taken up to a quantity equal to 330 times the Petersburg Contract Demand is included in the Minimum Charge specified above.

• Provided however, if the Procurer avails of any Electrical output from the Seller prior to the Commercial Operation Date (“Infirm Power”) of the Unit, then also Procurer shall be liable to pay Energy Charges (as applicable for the Contract Year in which the Infirm Power is supplied or next Contract Year in case no Energy Charges are mentioned in such Contract Year), for Infirm Power generated by Power Station.

More Definitions of Energy Charges

Energy Charges means the charges payable under clause 3.1.
