Discover Card definition

Discover Card means a Card bearing the Discover Marks and accepted as part of the DFS Services Network.
Discover Card when used to modify the term “account,” shall mean that access to such account is afforded by, among other means, a card bearing on its face the DISCOVER service xxxx (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B or, if the use of such service xxxx is suspended and another service xxxx is substituted therefor, a card bearing such substitute service xxxx).
Discover Card means a valid and unexpired credit card issued by DFS Services LLC or one of its licensed issuers;

  • A Merchant may issue a Cash Over (subject to the terms of the Operating Guide) in connection with a Discover Card Transaction.

  • Subject to this Section, a Merchant must create a Transaction Receipt for each Discover Card Transaction and deliver at least one copy of the Transaction Receipt to the Cardholder.

  • Fee payments and late charges may be paid by phone by using a Visa, Master Card or Discover Card.

  • Merchant Bank may terminate this Agreement as to Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card types without cause upon thirty (30) days’ advance written notice.

  • Merchant will pay the Processing Fees specified for Discover Card Transactions in the FEE SCHEDULE of the Application.

Discover Card. If you will be submitting Discover Card through NPC/Bank, you must provide your Discover Card Merchant Number for each location. If you do not have a signed agreement with Discover Card, you may receive your Discover Card Merchant Number from NPC. In this case, you will need to execute an appropriate agreement with Discover Card. JCB: If you will be submitting JCB through NPC/Bank, you must provide your JCB Merchant Number for each location. If you do not have a signed agreement with JCB, you will need to contact JCB at 0-000-000-0000 and execute an appropriate agreement with JCB. Private Label: If you will be submitting Private Label through NPC/Bank, please contact your NPC Representative for detailed instructions.
Discover Card. If you currently have an account with Discover, please list your 16-digit account number in the space provided. Otherwise, this section should be completed by your Bank Account Manager.

  • Discover or "discovered" means the time when you first become aware of facts which would cause a reasonable person to assume that a loss of a type covered by this policy has been or will be incurred, regardless of when the act or acts causing or contributing to such loss occurred, even though the exact amount or details of loss may not then be known.
