CLOUD DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM This Cloud Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Supplier Terms and supplements and is incorporated into the Call-Off Contract entered into by and between Buyer and Supplier for the sole purpose of reflecting the Parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Personal Data by Supplier and the requirements of relevant Data Protection Legislation.

To the extent that Rapid7 processes personal data about any individual in the course of providing the Service, Customer agrees to Rapid7’s Data Processing Addendum, located at xxx.xxxxx0.xxx/xxxxx/xxx/.
