Our Data definition

Our Data means all data, photographs, field notes, sales data, reports, systems and other materials that we produce, collect, develop or otherwise bring into existence in the provision of the Services (other than Third Party Information, Third Party Photos and any data and materials provided by you to us).
Our Data means the Open Corporates database of the corporate world, at the date of the order form¸ as advertised by us, and thereafter as modified by us from time to time in accordance with this agreement;
Our Data means all Data that We make available to You in connection with the Services. Our Data also includes knowledge database articles that may be made available from time to time via the Portal.

More Definitions of Our Data

Our Data all data (including Personal Data), information, text, drawings, statistics, analysis and other materials embodied in any form relating to Us, any member of the PIB Group and which may be supplied or inputted into Your systems by You or Us and/or which You (and any permitted sub- contractors) generate, access, collect, process, store or transmit in connection with these Terms;
Our Data means all data, photographs, field notes, sales data, reports, systems and other materials that we produce, collect, develop or otherwise bring into existence in the provision of the Services (other than Third Party Information, Third Party Photos and any data and materials provided by you to us). Permitted Purpose means, in the context of the Services provided, either tax claims by the current owner of a property under the Income Tax Assessment Xxx 0000 (Cth), insurance replacement assessment, or other cost estimating purposes, as may be confirmed in the Letter, or as otherwise agreed in writing and accepted by us.
Our Data means any information, data, technology and materials other than the Services (or the Software contained in the Services) that We make available in connection with the Services, including any Documentation, sample code, software libraries and other related technology and materials. From time to time You may provide to Us comments, suggested improvements, and other feedback about the use, operation, functionality, and features of the Services (collectively, the “Feedback”). You agree that We have the right to use the Feedback at Our sole discretion, including incorporating all or some of the Feedback into our Services, all without notice to, payment to, or consent from You. This right is an unlimited, perpetual, fully paid-up, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully transferable, fully sublicensable, and irrevocable right to execute, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, modify, create derivative works of, make, have made, use, import, sell, offer to sell, and otherwise transfer the Feedback and to practice or have practiced any process or method involved in any use thereof.
Our Data means data attaching to the Assessments, data collected, created or otherwise brought into existence by us in the provision of the Services (other than data provided by you to us) and data, photographs, field notes, sales data, explanatory or supporting material included in our files.

Related to Our Data

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;
