Daily Report definition

Daily Report has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
Daily Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit XII hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Administrative Agent and each Managing Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
Daily Report a report prepared by the Servicer on each Business Day required pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement or Section 5.1(o) of this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached to the Series 2002-1 Supplement.

More Definitions of Daily Report

Daily Report is defined in Section 24.4(a) of the Master Lease.
Daily Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit I.
