Coverage Certificate definition

Coverage Certificate means, with respect to any Covered Loan, the certificate issued by the Collateral Value Insurer with respect thereto certifying coverage for such Covered Loan under the terms of the Collateral Value Policy.
Coverage Certificate. “Person” and “Salvage Collections” in Section 1.01, Section 2.05(e), Section 12.19 and the last three sentences in this Section 12.02(a) shall require the written consent of the Collateral Value Insurer (prior to the occurrence of a Credit Event or the written consent of the Contingent Collateral Value Insurer (following the occurrence of a Credit Event) to be effective. In all events, copies of any amendments to this Agreement, any other Loan Document or any Transaction Document shall be promptly provided by the Borrower to the Collateral Value Insurer following execution thereof. Each of the parties hereto agrees that the Collateral Value Insurer (prior to the occurrence of a Credit Event) or the Contingent Collateral Value Insurer (following the occurrence of a Credit Event) is a third party beneficiary solely with respect to Section 2.05(e), Section 12.19 and the last three sentences in Section 12.02(a) of this Agreement.
Coverage Certificate means a projection prepared by the Executive Director showing schedules of the Projected Revenue and of the principal and interest payments on the Bonds at the time Outstanding and to be issued.

Examples of Coverage Certificate in a sentence

  • In addition, the Corporation will deliver to the persons specified in the preceding sentence an Auditor's Certificate regarding the accuracy of the calculations made by the Corporation on each Preferred Shares Basic Maintenance Certificate and 1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage Certificate delivered in relation to an Asset Coverage Cure Date within ten days after the relevant Asset Coverage Cure Date.

  • In the event that a Preferred Shares Basic Maintenance Certificate, a 1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage Certificate or an applicable Auditor's Certificate with respect to an Asset Coverage Cure Date is not delivered within the time periods specified herein, the Corporation will be deemed to have failed to meet the Preferred Shares Basic Maintenance Amount Test or the 1940 Preferred Shares Asset Coverage, as the case may be, as of the related Valuation Date.

  • Such 1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage Certificate will be delivered in the case of clause (i) on the Date of Original Issue and in the case of clause (ii) on or before the seventh Business Day after the relevant Valuation Date or the Asset Coverage Cure Date.

  • In the event that a Preferred Shares Basic Maintenance Certificate, a 1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage Certificate or an applicable Auditor's Certificate with respect to an Asset Coverage Cure Date is not delivered within the time periods specified herein, the Corporation shall be deemed to have failed to meet the Preferred Shares Basic Maintenance Amount Test or the 1940 Preferred Shares Asset Coverage, as the case may be, as of the related Valuation Date.

More Definitions of Coverage Certificate

Coverage Certificate means the document issued by the Insurers that sets out the specific terms of the insurance coverage applicable to the Insured and stipulates any conditions of coverage which may amend or add to those established by these General Terms and Conditions;

Coverage Certificate means this Commercial Inland Marine Communications Equipment Insurance Coverage Certificate.
Coverage Certificate or “Certificate” means the document evidencing proof of insurance for Additional Insureds who have been enrolled and accepted for coverage under this Policy. Certificates shall set forth the coverage conditions and duties required under this Policy, the limits of liability, applicable deductible, claims filing requirements, and all material terms and conditions of coverage.

  • Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.
