Examples of Commitment Fee in a sentence
On each Payment Date, the Borrower shall pay to the Collateral Agent (for the account of the Lenders on a pro rata basis) the Commitment Fee in the amount set forth in the Lender Fee Letter; provided that, the Borrower shall not be required to pay any Commitment Fee (i) during any period in which any Lender or the Administrative Agent suspends the obligation to make Advances pursuant to Section 2.11 or (ii) at any time to a Lender which is a Defaulting Lender.
The Borrower shall pay to the Revolver Agent for the account of each Revolving Credit Lender (other than Defaulting Lenders) under the Revolving Credit Facility a commitment fee (the “Commitment Fee”) at a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Rate for the Commitment Fee on the actual daily amount by which the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Revolving Credit Lender exceeds the Revolving Credit Exposure of such Lender.
The Commitment Fee for the Revolving Credit Facility shall accrue at all times from the Conversion Date until the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears after the Conversion Date on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, and on the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility.
