The Association shall be allowed by a County department in which it represents employees, use of available bulletin board space for communications having to do with official organizational business (meeting notices, etc.).
Each County department or agency shall post within the employee work or rest area a written notice which sets forth the classifications included within each representation unit referred to in Section 1 hereof and which includes any classification existing in the department or agency, and the name and address of the recognized employee organization for each such unit.
