SUBCONTRACTING Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor shall enter into subcontracts for any of the work contemplated under this Contract without obtaining the prior written approval of the Contracts Administrator.
Only the Secretary, Secretary’s designee, or Contracts Administrator shall have the express, implied, or apparent authority to alter, amend, modify, or waive any clause or condition of this contract.
The existence of facts upon which the Contracts Administrator makes any determination under this clause shall be an issue and may be reviewed as provided in the “Disputes” clause of this Contract.
